Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is posted out to you.

Shipping

Any orders placed through the website are packaged and shipped within 7 working days following purchase. For orders from outside the U.K., these times will vary and will depend on the country of destination.

If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with me and with the postage company. Please bear in mind that some tax or customs charges may be applicable on certain items shipped abroad.

Recommended Care

Items with a matte glaze will stain or mark overtime depending on care. As each item is fired high temperatures, they are more susceptible to chipping compared to mass produced products.

Please handle each item with care, wash by hand if possible and avoid using any strongly staining foods/liquids. Although items are safe to be used in the dishwasher or microwave, they aren’t as durable as factory made products. Please avoid the dishwasher and microwave if possible.

Some items may appear different from those pictured in the Shop. Each item is individually made on the wheel and hand-dipped when glazing. Variances and imperfections in size and glaze colour are therefore to be expected.
